About Us

“Our marriage has been one of our greatest teachers. Like every committed intimate partnership, it can be a fertile learning ground.” - Christine & David

About Christine

I strive to bring a warm accepting approach to my work as a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Along with over 30 years of experience and extensive clinical training I also listen to intuition (yours and mine) in my approach to healing.

My expertise is in Imago Relationship Therapy. I'm an Associate Faculty member at Imago International Training Institute, Certified Advanced Imago Therapist, and Workshop Presenter. I completed my Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University and achieved a Postgraduate certification in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at NYU Medical Center's Psychoanalytic Institute.

I’ve maintained a private practice for more than two decades and served as past Clinical Director at Psych Systems of Manhattan, a psychiatric partial hospitalization program. In addition, I was as Group Facilitator and Interim Supervisor of the Intensive Outpatient Program at Hazelden New York, a substance abuse treatment facility.

My commitment to ongoing education is strong. In addition to other numerous clinical trainings and certifications, I completed a two-year seminary program with One Spirit Interfaith Learning Alliance.

About David

I bring a respectful, calm demeanor to my work as a Group Facilitator. I have the privilege of presenting and co-presenting (with Christine) numerous workshops for those who also strive to improve their relationships. Having witnessed the remarkable results in the couples who attend our Getting the Love You Want and The Gift of Difference Workshops, I’ve introduced these concepts and tools into my work with other professional business groups.

Imago Relationship therapy has been a major part of my personal success, and because it played a significant role in my professional life too, I chose to deepen my knowledge and experience in its concepts and clinical practice by becoming a Certified Imago Relationship Educator and Professional Imago Facilitator. I’ve also served as a past Board Member with Imago Relationships International.

I am currently a Board Member of Cape May Stage, an Equity theater company in Cape May, NJ. I’m involved in numerous volunteer positions including the rebuilding of homes after catastrophic hurricanes, mentoring “at-risk” men, and providing service with a national Cancer treatment and support group.
